  • 1.  Selection of ISM contact information for use in CI form.

    I need to add some information in CI's form that need to be selected from the ISM contact table.

    I cannot have fields where I will write the information, it needs to be selected.

    Is there a way to do this? Would it be something similar to what is done using the Web Service Loockup field?

    I need this information urgently.

    Hi Julio,

    Unfortunally is not possible to create Web Service Lookup Custom Attribute for that, but you can use the "Contacts and Groups" to manage it.


    When you select a related contact, you need to select the relation type

    The point here is: I did not know if you create customs relation types. Maybe @Shabbir Hussain or @Nitin Saxena can help to clarify it.
