  • 1.  Serviceaide Patagonia Luma 3.0 Release for all Data Centers

    This is to notify you of the upcoming Serviceaide Luma upgrade. This release is a monthly release that includes minor enhancements and defect fixes. The release will be deployed first in Staging and then in Production. If you find any issues during your testing in Staging please promptly report them to the support team.

    Luma VSA Patagonia - June 2023

      • GUI Skill Builder- The New Visual Designer to enable users to create Flow-based skills. Skill developers can drag and drop controls on the canvas, and link sequentially to build and customize skills quickly and easily.
      • Leverage Generative AI (Open AI) to automatically generate User phrases for Luma Skills

    Luma KM Patagonia - June 2023

    • Leverage Generative AI (Open AI) technology to enhance the following functionality within Luma Knowledge.
      • Precise answering: Generate precise answers to the user’s query from the existing Knowledge.
      • Key Phrase and Key word generation: Automatically generate relevant key phrases and keywords for the Knowledge Articles.
      • Summary generation: Automatically summarize content or an article.
      • Question and Answer generation: Generate frequently asked questions and corresponding answers based on the content of artifacts.
      • Knowledge gap fulfillment: Resolve identified Knowledge Gaps by generating content for unanswered user queries.
    • Search History: Knowledge Curators and Administrators can now view Search History in Luma Knowledge. The new screen enables curators to revisit search queries and review the corresponding search results. This helps in analyzing the effectiveness and relevance of the search results over time.

    Miscellaneous

    • One-Click Luma provisioning- Provisioning Luma for Change gear Customers is now just one click away! Our utility swiftly sets up Luma Virtual Agent and Luma Knowledge tenants, syncing Knowledge Articles and Service Catalogs from Change gear. Within minutes, Change gear customers can have Luma ready to go.
