As all customers should be aware now, Cloud Service Management is moving out of the CA Technologies Data Center and into a Cloud environment managed by ServiceAide. To assist customers with questions about the process and configuration changes we will be hosting office hours starting January 31st and continuing to the end of March.
Office hours will begin January 31st at 9AM PST |12PM EST for 30 minutes and occur every Tuesday and Thursday through March 23rd. See the recurring meeting invite attached.
