    We encountered an issue in the CSM3 Production environment, detailed as follows:
     
    Affected Environment: CSM3 Production
    Issue: Unable to log in using Single Sign-On
    Date: November 12, 2024
     
    The relevant team addressed the issue quickly and resolved it right away.
