Dear Intelligent Service Management User,
We wanted to inform you about an emergency maintenance event concerning the Advanced Reporting component within ISM, which is based on Jaspersoft technology.
This maintenance took place on June 23, 2023. The relevant team updated the license for the reporting component on the Jaspersoft service, which required a brief service interruption.
There was a 10-minute outage for the Advanced Reporting component; however, other ISM components were not affected.
Any reports scheduled to run during this outage were queued and processed immediately after the maintenance was complete.
