    Dear Serviceaide ISM User,

    As a part of regular Infrastructure upkeep activity for your Production environment, we have scheduled a Maintenance Activity on Saturday, 30 Mar 2024 between 12:30 AM EST and 1:30 AM EST (10:00 AM IST to 11:00 AM IST).

    Please note that during this maintenance period we will doing critical SQL server updates, some of your Production environments will experience approximately one hour of downtime.

    We will continue to plan similar activities in the following weekends and will notify you in advance about the schedule and expected downtime.
