    We are currently experiencing an unexpected system outage affecting ISM Environment. We are actively investigating the issue and working diligently to restore normal service.

    Dear Serviceaide Intelligent Service Management Administrator,

    We are pleased to inform you that the unexpected system outage affecting the ISM Environment has been resolved. Services have been fully restored and have remained stable since yesterday.

    The domain name propagation appears to be complete in most regions. however, some internet service providers may require additional time to fully propagate the changes.

    ServiceAide Cloud Service Management

    There is no longer a need to use the URL -  https://csm3-direct.serviceaide.com/  suggested as a temporary workaround, as normal service has resumed. Please continue to use the existing URL - https://csm3.serviceaide.com for application access and any integrations.

    If you previously whitelisted the IP address 52.41.30.216 for integrations, please ensure that the updated IP address 44.236.34.77 is whitelisted within your network and firewall settings.

    We appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout this process. If you experience any further issues or have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.
