  • 1.  Serviceaide Luma 3.3 Release for all Data Centers

    Dear Serviceaide Luma User,

    This is to notify you of the upcoming Serviceaide Luma upgrade. This release 3.3 includes enhancements and some defect fixes. The release will be deployed in Production. If you find any issues during your testing, please promptly report them to the support team.

    The key features in this release are as follows with additional detail available in the Release Notes.

    Feature

    Description

    Improvements to Visual Designer
    • Support for Expand & Collapsing steps
    • Support for Search in objects and step names
    • Ability to clear the local attributes during a conversation
    • Ability to show/hide properties panel in the visual designer

    Troubleshooting Logs for Follow-ups
    • Follow-up polling data troubleshooting logs at each configuration level
    • UI for Follow-up data polling troubleshooting logs
    • UI to show active follow-up data records
    • Show message extraction events in follow-up conversations

    Other enhancements
    • Ability to send payloads for GET Rest calls
    • Show suggestions from the last skill after the survey is completed
    • Need support to multiple same query parameters in outbound REST calls (CG Rest Calls)

    Note: 

    • Deprecating the option to create new skills using classic designer, However, there's no change in view/edit of existing skills using classing designer.

    This release includes updates to the Web widget. For changes to take effect, download the latest package (JS and CSS files) and update the Web widget.
